Deleting your account is permanent. Once confirmed, your account will be deleted, and you won't be able to get it back.
Please send an email to customerservice@genecompanion.com with the subject ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST from the email associated with your account. We will respond with instructions to complete deleting your account. Feel free to provide your reason for requesting deletion, as well as, any feedback that you think would help us provide a better service.
Please note, Once your account is deleted there will be no way to recover it.
